How to shop on

    Clicking on the Add to Cart will take you to the check out page. If you want to add more products click on theBack to store link on the upper left hand corner. Once you are done shopping, click on the CHECKOUT tab on the upper right hand corner of the page
    Then, make sure you verify your cart contents and provide a valid delivery address (you need to enter this only once; a password will be generated based on your email id and the address will be saved during the first time. So the next time, you just need to enter the email id and the password; the address will be autogenerated!) and select the mode of payment

    Your order is now placed!
  5. 5. We Deliver!

    Once you have placed the order, we simply deliver it to your address!
    All you have to do is pay Cash on Delivery!

Dry Pork Recipe

Smoke dried pork 250 gm (chop into smaller pieces if required)
1 onion – thin long slices
2 green chillies – long slice
Curry leaves – few
1 tomato – chopped
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Kachampuli – ¼- ½ tsp
Oil – for frying – as required

Wash the dried pork in hot water. Cook it in a pressure cooker (let it cook for about 3 whistles) and keep it aside after draining the water. Take oil in a frying pan and let it heat up under a slow flame. Add chopped onion, green chili, curry leaves, tomato, salt, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric and kachampuli and fry it for a minute while stirring it. Add the pork and mix it well. Let it cook for about 5-10 min. Garnish with coriander leaves.

This needs a masala to be prepared first.
Coconut – ½, grated
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Onion 1 – chopped
Garlic – 2 pieces
Jeera – ¼ tsp

It can be your Breakfast, Lunch or even Dinner. It can be your saviour when you have guests arriving at a short notice!

Ingredients required are minimum. Paputt Thari ( Broken Rice), Milk (from which the name of the dish is derived; Pal+Putt) used in 1:2 ratio,  and Freshly Grated Coconut. It is best paired with Coorg Chicken/Mutton/Egg Curry. Vegetarians can also enjoy this dish with any of the coconut based curries like Green peas or Chick peas curry, or with Coconut/Groundnut chutney.

Kids love it with Honey and Ghee!

Broken Rice or Paputt Thari (buy it here) 1 cup
